General Affair (Civil)

Job Description:

• Planning, coordinating and supervising building maintenance work, buildings, safety equipment and facilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in office buildings, production areas, and common facilities

• Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for major building repairs, projects, and compliance inspections

• Evaluating and monitoring the performance of partner vendors related to GA

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university

• Experience as a Project Estimator is an advantage.

• Freshgraduate with Building Maintenance knowledge are welcome to apply
