IT Infra & Network

Job Desc:

• Support and maintain deployment environments including Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Monitor infrastructure and network availability to ensure high system uptime and optimal performance.
• Handle infrastructure and network-related incidents including troubleshooting, escalation, and issue resolution.
• Perform server administration and maintenance for Linux and Windows environments.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations and maintenance in AWS and/or GCP environments.
• Monitor and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Assist in infrastructure deployment, configuration, patching, and system enhancement activities.
• Implement and maintain basic infrastructure and network security practices.
• Prepare infrastructure availability reports and network performance reports periodically.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Support, System Administration, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of server administration in Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure and network security best practices.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in infrastructure and network environments.
• Good communication and coordination skills, including experience working with vendors.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willing to work outside regular working hours or provide on-call support when required.a
