Electrical Engineer (English Speaker)

一、工作岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）

• 长期驻守施工现场，负责电气专业相关施工管理工作，确保现场施工按设计、规范及进度要求实施。
  Stationed at the construction site for the long term, responsible for managing electrical-related construction activities according to design, standards, and schedule.

• 协助电气专业经理/项目经理完成本专业范围内的项目管理任务，包括施工组织、进度控制及现场协调。
  Assist the Electrical Manager or Project Manager in carrying out project management tasks within the electrical discipline, including construction planning, schedule control, and site coordination.

• 负责电气设备安装、调试及施工过程的技术管理，及时发现并协调解决现场技术问题。
  Oversee installation, commissioning, and technical management of electrical equipment, and promptly resolve on-site technical issues.

• 参与施工方案、技术交底及现场变更的执行与跟踪，确保施工方案有效落地。
  Participate in implementation and follow-up of construction methods, technical briefings, and on-site variations.

• 协调施工单位、分包商及相关专业之间的工作衔接，保障现场施工有序推进。
  Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution.

• 配合完成施工记录、进度报告及相关技术资料的整理与提交。
  Assist in preparing construction records, progress reports, and technical documentation.

• 完成领导交办的其他与电气专业相关的工作。
  Perform other electrical-related tasks assigned by management.

二、岗位要求（Job Requirements）

• 电气工程、电气自动化或相关专业大专及以上学历。
  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields.

• 具备施工现场电气工程相关工作经验者优先，有 EPC 或工业项目经验更佳。
  Prior experience in electrical engineering at construction sites is preferred; EPC or industrial project experience is a plus.

• 能适应长期驻场工作环境，责任心强，具备较强的现场执行与协调能力。
  Willing to work long-term at construction sites, with strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.

• 具备良好的中文或英文沟通能力，能够满足现场工作沟通需求。
  Able to communicate in Chinese or English for daily work coordination.

• 熟悉电气设备安装流程、施工规范及安全管理要求。
  Familiar with electrical installation procedures, construction standards, and safety requirements.

• 工作踏实、态度严谨，具备良好的团队合作意识。
  Hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
