PT. Industrial Chemitomo Nusantara is engaged in the field of industrial products distribution. Our range of products includes metal surface treatment chemicals, industrial chemicals and industrial packaging.

We serve many well-known national and multinational manufacturing companies from various sectors of industry. Our aim is to keep developing our product range while consistently improving our services for the benefit of our customers.

Right now, we are looking for a Quality Assurance to join our team.

You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of product quality according to company and regulatory standards, while assisting in the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating company SOPs to support compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001).

• Participate in external and internal audits, and follow up on audit findings with relevant departments.

• Support the analysis of production data to identify trends or potential nonconformities and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop or update procedures as needed.

• Prepare reports and improvement suggestions for management review.

• Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures, and risk control measures.

• Help ensure HSE programs align with local and international regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

• Support compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.

• Conduct or assist with training sessions and awareness programs on QA and HSE topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.

• At least 1 year of QA experience, preferably in related industries.

• Familiarity with basic quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar) and HSE regulations.

• Certifications (preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
