Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan S1 Semua Jurusan pengalaman Key Account Executive minimal 2 tahun atau D3 dengan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun .
2. Bidang pengalaman di OEM/FMCG/Personal Care/Modern Trade (lebih diutamakan)
3. Sehat Jasmani & Rohani
4. Jujur, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin
5. Memiliki Keterampilan Komunikasi, Negoisasi dan Strategi Marketing yang efektif
6. Target oriented dan mampu menganalisa data
7. Memiliki kemampuan organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik serta teliti dalam menangani berbagai tugas.
8. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun team
9. Memahami ISO 9001. GMP , Halal, CPPKRTB, CPKB dan CPAKB (lebih diutamakan)
Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab :
1. Sebagai pintu pertama Perusahaan dalam menjembatani informasi kebutuhan customer ke pihak Perusahaan (Pabrik) dalam lingkup aktifitas pengembangan order Product OEM dan feedback customer.-Good Communication skill
2. Tercapainya target penjualan berdasarkan Forecast dan Timeline Launching Product
3. Mencari Customer potensial dan menjaga hubungan baik antara Customer existing untuk kesinambungan order. - Maintain relationship with existing Client
4. Monitoring realisasi PO customer berjalan ke tahap eksekusi produksi dan pengiriman sesuai dengan timeline yang disepakati dengan customer .
5. Analisa harga di pasaran vs produk Internal
6. Mempersiapkan laporan Mingguan, Bulanan dan Tahunan
7. Membuat Laporan Pencapaian KPI bulanan & Tahunan
