JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Supervise all bakery activity, both service and kitchen operational
- Optimize production processes: improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Monitoring performance and productivity to ensure that all staff members are performing their jobs efficiently.
- Responsible for establishing and executing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure products are developed and manufactured.
- Prepare schedule for crew and conduct daily briefing
- Handle customer's feedback, including complaints and compliments
- Having a minimum of 3 years work experiences as a Production Manager in FMCG/Food factory (F&B Industry)
- Have an understanding in the fields of Food Safety, Quality systems, GMP, & HACCP
- Having strong leadership skills to motivate and manage the production team
- Having good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel Intermediate)
REQUIREMENTS :
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimal D3, more preferable from Hospitality
- Minimum 3 years experience as Restaurant Managerial from reputable Restaurant
- Good leadership & well groomed
- Good communication skill & customer service oriented
