Here I do a lot of self-improvement in communication because it has a lot to do with other divisions and departments, as well as officers in the branch office.
Poor coordination makes every staff must be able to innovate and improvise in everything, which is a very good thing in self-development.
TantanganThe challenge I faced while being here was a mental burden. Lots of unfair competition between employees and departments. The absence of foreign influence in the company makes the Indonesian mindset very attached here.
Employees often insinuated and dropped each other. Managers (the majority, though not all) are less wise and very dictatorial, making staff uneasy while working here.
High job demands, inhumane and not matched with appropriate benefits.
And career paths are very difficult, and even complicated. This company maximizes the potential of its employees as much as possible with the minimum benefits and salaries, so that many individuals who are actually good and talented finally leave this company.
HR management is not good, is not cooperative, and does not embrace employees.
The number of senior employees who actually do not have the potential and become toxic that stay here long, and often get rid of new employees who have the potential to shift their position.
