    TantanganBit hard to find work-life balance here as the development phase is quite high. Management often makes absurd and disadvantaging policy for employees. Career path isn't so clear.

    Tantanganleaders are really bad. no guidance, no training, but they blame all the wrong at innocent one. weird. full of negative words, didn't support the employee at all. problems unsolved between employee although the problems were already discussed together but no solutions. it's really bad for mental health.

    Good benefits
    Hal yang baikI think Mamikos gives you reasonable salary or overall benefits. If you want high salary you have to earn it with your performance and they sure have annual increments and 2-3x bonuses. They even private insurance and they also have covid-19 aids for all employees which is very helpful for me & my family in this time of crisis. Not to mention, the amount of other small tokens of appreciation from them, like certificates of achievement, surprise quizzes, hampers, etc.
    Tantanganmost leaders in Mamikos don't micromanage their team and this could be a good thing for some and a bad thing for some either. Either way, I think you cannot depend your learning & self-development to other people instead of yourself.

    Low profile yet really cares about their employees
    Hal yang baikThis company may not be a company that is excessive in showing the company's sundries. However, when you join Mamikos, the atmosphere you feel is completely different from startups in general. They treat humans like humans rather than machines, for example there was never a layoff during the pandemic, no bonus/salary deductions, taking time off is always easy, good career paths, WFA is allowed, and they also very helpful COVID-19 aids, etc.

    TantanganThe lead never tell us the way to achieve the target, so it's more like quantity over quality. There are no weekly or monthly evaluation to improve our skills.. And also, inexperienced HR and super low salary.

    Poor onboarding training
    Hal yang baik- They give a lot of merchandise when u join - They are generous about doing events - People are friendly
    Tantangan- Poor onboarding training, making people not wholesomely understand about the product - Scattered tasks - Always changing directions - Lack of experienced staff (they keep hiring fresh graduates!) - They rely too much on remote working, while they don't have adequate infrastructures to do so - I guess many people are not happy working in Mamikos because I found a lot of people resign before getting new jobs. It indicates that they don't fuss anymore about money and career. They just want to have some rest from too much work in Mamikos
