They know how to work efficiently, and finish the job per day. Also the Japanese staff is fluent in Indonesian and understand the local culture. We have flexible working time also, at such, In Ramadhan, we can adjust our working time and go home early just like local company. Holiday is one week before lebaran and a week before new year. Company Outing also super fun, though we are still small company in Indonesia, Lifull's parent company in Japan is big and Proud. I served there proudly for almost 4 years.
TantanganLike other start-ups, we find what the opportunity, through ups and down, we do little by little to fix our system internally. For career, in my case is almost no promotion at all except the salary increase. so you will do same job as long as you can. Alas, COVID-19 is a factor that slow down everything, from our financials and our company progress. We rise together, and go down together. Thank you for reading this.
