    Hal yang baikIndomobil is an established company and provide great opportunities to their employees not only to work for but also to do self development. There are many projects and interesting ways of problem solving I had experienced. The top management are nurturing the subordinates very well.
    TantanganWork life balance is a challenge in Indomobil, but it is still manageable for me. The dynamic situation during the crisis in 1998, was an additional challenge for companies like Indomobil. But with the strong will and solidarity from all of us had created a good impact to the whole team.
