Good People, Bad Management (Head Office Employee)Hal yang baik- It's more of a "Family Business" instead of a "Company". My Supervisor was a bit hard to deal with, but other employees in the Head Office were good as mentors and better as friends.
- Most of the people working at the Head Office was in their late 30's or early 40's, they have been working since the start of the company and that makes them really experienced and a great problem-solver.
- The End of Year Dinner and Ramadhan Dinner were great.
Tantangan- A lot of overtime work (I worked for 60-70 hrs a week).
- Salary was lower than average (compared to other Purchasing worked for other restaurant chain company).
- No Bonus / Overtime Pay.
- No KPI.
- No opportunities to grow (No upskilling, No Turnover, and No Promotions - Most Upper Managerial Positions was already taken by The Brand Owner's Family Members) - I worked for 3 years in the Head Office. When I got in there's 17 people already working there, and when I got out there's 17 people left.
- Healthcare Plans given by the company wasn't any good as it limits were quite low / minimum (most of the time, when I was sick, I used Healthcare Plans given by my government - BPJS)
