    Great work-life balance and schedule flexibility. So-so Salary.
    Hal yang baik- Great work-life balance and schedule flexibility - Warm workmate as most of the staff is young/fresh graduate - High opportunity of new professional connection - Secure environment - So many free food!
    Tantangan- Too many conflicts of interest, especially those that come from the company's leadership team. So as the staff and managers, we need to accommodating those self-interest as well, or otherwise, our refusal will sacrifice our work/position.

    Hal yang baik1. We can work with a casual shirt and short pants or Jeans. 2. Green and sustainable workplace (Trust me, it's good for your health to work at Green School). 3. Positive surrounding and workmate. 4. Positive Challenges.
    Tantangan1. One person could handle three/four or even more job desk. 2. However, the salary is not fair if you compare to what you do and what your job is. 3. Most of the local employees have an Inlander mentality. 4. Through all the challenges, I believe that would be a great experience and help us to grow better. But sometimes, it's tiring. 5. Bad work-life balance.
