The CD never provided a satisfactory solution, immediately blamed employees for any customer complaints without understanding the issue, anti-criticism, involved personal problems in the workplace even if they were unrelated, and did not provide CD employees with opportunities for growth (low salaries including low bonuses).
Every month and year, targets were always increasing, making it quite stressful.
Even my job description was added, where in the end I couldn't focus on my main job description.
