Hal-hal baik-No high-pressure culture comparing to other service companies in oil and gas industry -Cowboy style
Tantangan-less wage, even I don't want my relatives and neighbor know I working in the petroleum industry, they will expect I have bank in my pocket, poor me -Unclear career path, as an engineer I charge in prestige project in East Kalimantan, I am still a junior engineer with terrible contract -The SOP is just copy-paste from another company, I did it.

Hal-hal baikInsurance benefit for employee who have a family, because the insurance cover the family with 3 children.
TantanganOur Welltech Division Manager is very very indecisive it makes the staff negatively affected. The indecisiveness is not because of the perfection. Dont trust and appreciate the employees. No transparency even with the vice manager and the other managers. It makes many staff under his leadership resign even the employees who already work for a long time. His leadership skill is worst.

New manager sucks, thats why No people development program & no continous improvement program.

Hal-hal baikStill employee even O&G world in bad condition. Insurance are manulife & BPJS & 1xbasic salary in 1 year for medical reiumbersment (buy vitamin, rawat jalan & buy medicine).
TantanganNot good in formal communication (by email), always do the job in last minute. No trust to indonesian employee. Usually this new boss change decision without give formal information by email, and if something not go right, we will blame for that. Boss want to make 1 person do 3 job desk, but get paid only for 1 job desk.
