BIOMIN Indonesia is good company for self development, specially development in soft skill.
Hal yang baikThey will send you to join seminar or training, even in overseas without hesitation. They will give you a chance to have opportunities to get some training or seminar for self-development. You will get a chance to deal with the global and regional team. Since BIOMIN Indonesia is small organization, sometimes every decision can be made based on kinship. The colleagues are very solid and loyal to one and another.
TantanganBIOMIN Indonesia has a small organization. There are only sales team and office team. In office team, each person handle one main function. BIOMIN Indonesia adopts nucleus system as their management. So every person has to report to one person, it's managing director. The Managing director also salesperson. It's probably the only assumption, but it seems like The Managing a bit overwhelmed with those things. That gave some impact, such as She/He didn't objective in judging a case/person, She/He wants to involve in everything even by decide small-small things, She/He always deliver bias message, She/He always try to find another subject/object to be blamed for his/her own mistake.
