About the program

Our Software Engineering Graduate Program is designed to launch your technology career path. The 13 month program offers an exceptional foundation whilst gaining exposure to various technologies: AWS, GraphQL, React, TypeScript to name just a few. You’ll benefit from rapid professional growth, and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers.

Program highlights:

Permanent employment

Join us as a permanent employee as we want you to grow with us long-term.

4-week bootcamp

Explore various technologies: AWS, TypeScript, GraphQL, NodeJS, JavaScript, React, mobile apps, serverless architecture, continuous delivery, security and more.

12-month rotation

Experience two 6-month rotations and embed into teams of your choice so you can exercise your curious mind.

Supervisor & buddy system

Be assigned rotational leaders who will ensure that you're on track with your goals and be paired with a buddy to support you through the program.

On-the-job learning

Learn from our professional software engineers, hone your skills and ship clean code to production.

Mentor support

Choose a mentor who will guide you on your SEEK path and have previous SEEK grad alumni share their experiences.

Who we're SEEKing

We are looking for curious and enthusiastic individuals. You have a love for code and are passionate about using tech to create the best experience for our customers. Inclusivity is important to us, and we value having a diverse workforce who are not afraid to be themselves.

To be eligible to apply:

  • You are in the final year of your degree or have recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any field (preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering)

  • You have graduated within 2 years of applying with no more than 2 years working experience

  • You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident

Transitioning from a non-computer science background to pursuing a career in software engineering has been a journey filled with challenges.
