    sejauh ini cukup oke kerja disini
    The good thingsJam kerja cukup baik sehingga tidak sampai lembur-lembur. Rekan kerja yang cukup baik. Bagi yang orientasi kerjanya hanya dpat gaji terus pulang, sepertinya akan cocok
    The challenges1. Perusahaan ini cukup old style jadi semua serba manual 2. Manajemen kurang siap terkait pengembangan karyawannya 3. Harus bisa belajar mandiri karena tidak ada yg benar2 mengarahkan sedetil mungkin 4. operator operator yg suka ngegodain hahaha 5. Para manager kadang semaunya sendiri
