    Never appreciate to employees
    The good thingsSometimes when the owners have a happy feeling, they spend some money to some toxic employees. But usually breaking government employee regulation to get profit.
    The challengesJust follow government employees regulation and give the employees their pension money. So many toxic employees that always making office politics and dictators leaders.
