    Apa yang diharapkan ketika bekerja
    The good thingsBelajar banyak hal-hal baru, teman-teman kantor menyenangkan (di luar jam kantor), gajinya standard sesuai jabatan, alat kerja kantor disupport.
    The challengesJam kerja selalu di luar batas. Job desk overload atau tidak jelas. Perusahaan yg sangat penuh tantangan, baik dalam pekerjaan dan komunikasi kerja antar divisi. Keseimbangan kerja dengan hidup keseharian sangat kurang. Sulit untuk mendapatkan jenjang karier apalagi sebagai pegawai tetap, mungkin karena terlalu banyak yg melakukan politik kantor.
