    Pengalaman kerja yang membentuk mental Dan skillSaya punya pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai tukang dinamo/teknisi, di mana saya menangani perbaikan dinamo, motor listrik, dan alat kelistrikan. Dari situ saya belajar analisa kerusakan, kerja teliti, dan tanggung jawab tinggi. Setelah itu, saya kerja 1 tahun sebagai operator produksi. Di situ saya terbiasa kerja cepat, disiplin, dan kerja tim. Tekanan kerja tinggi, tapi saya bisa beradaptasi dan tetap fokus pada target. Dua pengalaman ini bikin saya jadi orang yang siap kerja keras, cepat belajar, dan tangguh di lapangan.
