    The good things- Perusahaan bergerak di bidang F&B dimana kita ada peluang untuk belajar banyak ilmu dengan cepat, dimana cara kerja disini di tuntut untuk cepat dan efisien. - Perusahaan yang mengikuti trend dengan memadukan cita rasa nusantara dengan kemajuan dan selera jaman.
    The challenges- Karir sulit berkembang, dikarenakan SOP yang masih belum dewasa dan juga management yang belum berfokus pada pengembangan SDM dan main power perusahaan. - Managerial yang belum berkembang - Fasilitas kantor yang tidak bisa mengimbangi tuntutan kerja, sehingga sulit untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal.
