    good company but need improvement regarding the employment system.
    The good thingssuasana kerja yang kondusif & menyenangkan tapi profesional, menggunakan sistem akuntansi yang terintegerasi baik (SAP), alur (internal control) pekerjaan yang baik, kesejahteraan karyawan diutamakan.
    The challengeswalaupun kesejahteraan karyawan diutamakan, namun kontrak kerja tidak pernah ditingkatkan menjadi pegawai tetap, malahan dilempar ke outsourcing.
