    The challengesIjazah ditahan. Bisa diambil setelah beberapa bulan, TDK saat last day di perusahaan. Jk resigen Gaji terakhir tdk dibayar, harus nunggu beberapa bulan. Karyawan lama tdk welcome terhadap orang baru. Pelatihan staff ala kadarnya. Tidak ada jenjang karir. Tuntutan kerja tinggi. Tidak ada uang lembur
