    The good thingslingkungan bekerja semua seperti saudara dan keluarga.
    The challengesmencari SDM/ mainpower (sales ) hal yang paling sulit dilakukan hrd maupun supervisor sales , karna gaji pokok bagi mereka tidak ada. hanya diganti uang transport yang nominal nya sangat minim. jadi spv sales hanya bisa memberikan motifasi dan tidak bisa memberikan tekanan buat team yang kinerja nya kurang maxsimal.
