    people there were really nice but it's work environment is challenging
    The good things-people are very welcome
    The challenges-the site facility needs to be improved (no place for sports activity such as gym, badminton field, etc) -the salary and bonus below the average mining sector -always overtime (more than 12 hours work a day) and no compensation -high turnover
