A day with PT POS Indonesia as a 'Bantuan Sosial Tunai' freelancerThe good thingsAs a person who loves to work in efficient and effective way, I think I really suits my role here. I can work as fast as I can as long as I responsible to my job. As a team member, for me, the area coordinators do their role well. They do coordinating with the village officer, assist new team member, distribute workload based on each person capability but keep the team on target. The work enviroment is fun eventhough sometimes the pressure is a little bit big. By joining this work, I have chance to explore my city and also the city arounds. Last but not least, it is very heartwarming and pleasure to made all the beneficaries feel satisfied by our services.
The challengesSince it was a government program, sometimes we need to work over the small areas and the access to get there is a little bit hardcore. Also, i think they pay their freelancer a little bit too cheap because the workload and pressure is quite big.
