    The good things- perusahaan BUMN besar dengan tugas kelistrikan yg dapat membantu masyarakat - jalur karir cukup jelas - relatif kompak dgn loyalitas pada perusahaan cukup tinggi - remunerasi yang memadai di atas rata2 - perusahaan dgn unit kerja tersebar di seluruh Indonesia - kesempatan pengembangan diri yg besar
    The challenges- kebijakan SDM yg relatif sering berubah dan tambah rumit dan kebijakan saat ini membuat jalur promosi pegawai di unit makin melambat - penerapan tunjangan posisi yg cenderung tdk sesuai dgn beban kerja dan lebih menguntungkan Divisi/Bidang pembuat kebijakan - pengelolaan SDM dan lainnya sekarang ini bersifat sentralisasi walaupun tantangan yg dihadapi unit tetap seperti dulu - layanan kesehatan pegawai yg dulu sangat bagus namun skrg mulai lebih ketat dan kompleks dgn alasan efisiensi
