    Lingkungan kerja perlu banyak perbaikan
    The good thingsGaji cukup kompetitif. Fasilitas kerja memadai.
    The challengesManajemen kurang transparan dan gaya kepemimpinan cenderung sangat detail hingga level bawah, sehingga ruang gerak kerja terbatas dan serba salah. Evaluasi kinerja belum memiliki standar yang konsisten sehingga terasa tidak stabil. Sistem evaluasi kinerja juga belum sepenuhnya objektif. Work life balance kurang terjaga karena jam pulang sering tidak menentu dan lembur tidak selalu terkompensasi. Banyak potongan gaji selain pajak dan BPJS. Sebaiknya pertimbangkan dengan matang sebelum bergabung.
