Terbukti ketika perusahaan sejenis mulai \"kolaps\" ketika harga batubara turun, perusahaan ini tetap kokoh bertahan, bahkan mengakuisisi beberapa perusahaan lain dan membangun anak perusahaan baru. Budaya \"continue improvement\" menjadikan karyawan termotifasi seriap saat untuk menemukan hal-hal baru untuk menghadapi tantangan.
