    untuk stabilitas cukup baik ,hanya saja untuk jenjang karir, atau untuk belajar menjadi lebih baik , tempat ini bukan tempatnya
    The good thingstunjangan yang cukup
    The challengeslingkungan kerja negatif , dengan ada nya kesubjektifan di tiap head of segment ,dan juga pandangan pulang cepat dianggap tidak memiliki loyalitas. Bonus hanya untuk sales dan karyawan yang dianggap "berkontribusi" untuk atasan yg dimana saya rasa seharusnya ada standarisasi yang jelas untuk bonus tahunan. Pressure cukup tinggi dalam menghadapi tekanan pekerjaan , dan kurangnya apreasiasi.
