    The good thingsRasa kekeluargaannya cukup tinggi. Bisa belajar banyak hal terkait dept.lain Lingkungan kerjanya asik
    The challengesTop Management harusnya tidak kaku dengan kesejahteraan karyawan (sudah tidak ada kenaikan gaji dalam 2 tahun terakhir), padahal sudah cost efisiensi dari berbagai lini tidak di apresiasi (BSC) yang jelas. Carer Path tidak berjalan karena Bisnis menurun.
