    The good thingsProduknya cukup terjangkau, sehingga tidak terlalu sulit untuk melakukan pemasaran kepada masyarakat dan juga promo yang diberikan memiliki jangka waktu yang cukup panjang jika dibanding dengan merk lainnya.
    The challengesManajemen dalam penganan gangguan jaringan cukup buruk, sehingga berdampak untuk memaksimalkan kinerja dan tentunya menjadi penilaian kepada calon pelanggan yang lain dan juga kurangnya pengawasan terhadap kinerja teknisi dilapangan untuk mengcek kembali ketentuan sop.
