    Lumayan baik
    The good thingsbekerja dengan mandiri / team. handle kebutuhan it di customer, biasanya perusahaan dengan jumlah karyawan dibawah 30 user. backup teknisi it saat berhalangan hadir, sakit atau keperluan mendesak. jika traffik tinggi maka kebutuhan akan tenaga it sangat di perlukan, loyalitas.
    The challengeskurangnya sumber daya, dan knowlage yg mumpuni. entah mungkin karena job traffic tinggi. sehingga teknisi diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan teknisi internet untuk problem solving. sehingga cukup memakan waktu lama..
