    Jangan kerja di sini lama2, cukup setahun aja, pagi sampai subuh gaada apresiasinya, disalahin malah

    The challengesManager banyak buang2 waktu tidak penting, penunjukan staff yang tidak kompeten dibidangnya. Tim bongkar pasang jadi banyak nambah kerjaan projectnya juga ga optimal, Manager kurang melindungi, suka menyalahkan nomor satu. Manager juga gatau apa2 soal project, waktu enhancement juga bukannya nanya current developer malah ngatur2 tidak jelas dan suka meremehkan.

    The good thingsDuring my internship as a Telemarketing, I learned how to communicate and offer products through email, follow up with prospective clients, and assist the Account Manager in maintaining client relationships and understanding their needs.
    The challengesThe main challenge was understanding the products being offered, as I was new to them. However, this experience helped me improve my product knowledge and communication skills in presenting them effectively.
