    Unlimited potential
    The good thingsOne of the many things I find great working in this company is : 1. Personal growth : How I can manage my time management while finding ideas together to solve any setbacks. 2. Atmosphere : We would do team gatherings, nontraditional work environments(Go-work/WFH), great team mates 3. Learning new things : Our company provides and urges us to try learn new things, we can even participate in meetings/seminars 4. Benefits : A lot of benefits, well being of the employees are well taken care of
    The challengesWorking at a startup company be really daunting with so many unknown variables, not to mention the fast pace work/deadlines. The workload is heavy, we are expected to work around the clock to make sure everything is done, so stress and burnout are possible.

    Grows Professionally with Mekari
    The good thingsThere are so many rooms that I can improve as individual in Mekari, and the good thing is that my employer allows me to grow and guide me to learn things. Mekari also has lots of benefits for its employees. And one thing that is great is the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you get your work done!
    The challengesAs it is a startup company, I experience fast-paced environment. Almost every quarter you have something new, which is normal, considering it is for company's growth. But it is challenging to adapt myself in every changes that is happening.

    Surprisingly cool environment and workflow
    The good thingsThis is the environment I really want for a job based on my previous experience working in a corporate. The benefits provided are very good. Salary is very competitive based on our work experience.
    The challengesWorking with a hybrid system is a new thing for me and requires me to adapt quickly.
