    The good thingsGaji gede, bisa WFH/WFO/WFA, SCBD pride (katanya), yaaa beberapa orang baik sebagai teman
    The challengesBeberapa Head Divisi sangat tidak kompeten sebagai leader dan di pekerjaannya. Bukannya ngelead malah bikin masalah terutama buat teamnya, ntah lelet kirim notifikasi, email dari regional ato hal penting baru dia kirim H-1 padahal udah di terima dari jauh hari. Banyak orang licik, muka dua, cepu, daaannn masih banyak lagi. Kalo di audit, banyak finding pasti ini tempat, yang "main" banyak soalnya.
