    Good for starters
    The good thingsFun environment, no dress code (free to express yourself), flexible working hours
    The challenges- The managers using the flexible working hours to brief the team late, causing overtime working hours. - Basic salary, can't negotiate salary (take it or leave it) - No career path - 2yrs of contract (really???)
