    It was fun and I had lots of growth & learning. However, it is not for those who want to advance their career.
    The good thingsThe employees are very nice. Most of them are so respectful and treat each other as human. The company also has several values and culture that is embodied by the employees. Several units also implement flexible working schedule.
    The challengesThe company currently is implementing freeze-hiring, so new applicants can only enter the company as pro-hire (time contract-based) with limited benefits. There's an uncertainty when will you be a full-time employee (the chance is so little), hence, the stability of your career is always in question. The freeze-hiring policy is implemented due to the company's crisis after COVID, which also makes the situation pretty challenging. There were times when management implemented a change of structures or work arrangement which impacting the employee's work life.

    The good thingsini adalah pengalaman pertama saya untuk bekerja, saat mulai daftar untuk mengikuti magang ini saya sempat ragu dengan kemampuan saya di bidang jurnalistik, tetapi setalah melalui beberapa tahap dan saya diterima saya mulai yakin bahwa saya mempunyai passion dalam bidang jurnalistik. Dibuktika saat saya magang saya berada dalam beberapa kali perombakan tim untuk mengisi rubrik kompas muda dan artikel saya maupun tim tim saya selalu terpilih untuk di terbitkan.
    The challengeskesulitannya tidak ada yang berarti karena saya bekerja dalam kerja tim walaupun mempunyai tanggung jawab masing-masing tetapi tetap saya merasa tidak ada ada kesulitan dalam melaksanakan tugas, mungkin sedikit susah saat saya dan tim mencari ide untuk content artikel kami dan mencari narasumber karena harus membuat janji dan dikejar deadline, tapi selama saya magang semua teratasi dengan baik.

    The challengesJenjang karir agak sulit dan tidak ada uang lembur, jadi bekerja di sini harus karena memang menyukai bidang yang dikerjakan.
