    Beban kerja sangat tinggi dan tuntutan ritme cepat.
    The good thingsPenggajian tepat waktu, mendapat asuransi swasta, dan mendapat makan siang.
    The challengesBeban kerja yang sangat banyak dengan ritme kerja yang dituntut cepat namun keluhan dan permintaan karyawan untuk menambah man power tidak diberikan, atasan pada bagian legal commercial hanya bisa menuntut performa yang sempurna dalam bekerja namun tidak mendengarkan keluhan dari karyawan.
