    Bagus untuk yang memang incar fasilitas kesehatan, tapi untuk yang mentalnya ga kuat di politik kantor, better coba cari yang lain.
    The good thingsPerusahaan yang cukup besar, sudah seattle, dan sistemnya sangat bagus. Kesejahteraan karyawan cukup oke, apalagi fasilitas insurance kesehatannya.
    The challengesTiap business unit punya ego masing-masing, jadi kurang menyatu. apalagi jika penempatan di business unit baru, bakalan dipandang sebelah mata. Dari managemen kurang terarah untuk business baru, seperti tidak ada support.

    The good thingsBest culture, no seniority, humble people, and willingness to teach others. Give benefits for Religious Holiday Allowance and End Year Allowance. The company deeply care for the employees. Great opportunities to learn how to handle things. Work time is flexible for office employee.
    The challengesHeavy Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to push employee beyond their limit. Given a lot of projects and schedule. Sometimes have to work after office hours or outside office days. Quite complicated system for report and job description.

    Bekerjalah karena hati bukan uang
    The good thingsKarena sebagian besar pekerja adalah wanita sehingga membuat suasana kerja cukup nyaman karena memiliki banyak teman namun tidak sedikit juga menjadi bahan perbincangan. Gajinya tinggi untuk fresh graduate namun dengan tingkat stress yang tinggi pula.
    The challengesTarget perusahaan kerja terlalu tinggi, seharusnya bisa disesuaikan kondisi data dan pekerja jangan terlalu kaku dengan SOP. Team Leader seharusnya bisa lebih menjaga hubungan baik dengan sesama anggota tim agar suasana kerja menjadi nyaman dan tingkat stress tidak terlalu tinggi. Jam kerja yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan ketenagakerjaan (hampir 10 jam) dan di hari sabtu pun kerja sampai sore kecuali target tercapai.
