    Cukup nyaman dengan rekan kerja, tapi kalo untuk kehidupan, jenjang karir, gaji perlu diperhatikan.

    The challengesMenghadapi generasi Z yang sulit dikasih tau terutama soal aturan, Jejang Karir disini juga sulit karena yang dicari pasti dari rekrutan petinggi2nya, Gaji untuk karyawan lama tidak diperhatikan untuk karyawan baru dikasih gaji lebih besar padahal secara pengalaman lebih minim dari karyawan lama. Susah punya waktu untuk diri sendiri. Antara karyawan lama dan baru tidak ada serah terima tugas sehingga begitu sudah resign pun tetep ditanya2 masa lalu.

    Good place to learn and grow
    The good thingsThe colleagues are very very nice, friendly, and support each other, I work there as an intern and my senior was really nice and patient to me. As an intern, we are given some responsibilities as if we are the worker there. Such a good place to learn and grow, because I gained some new knowledges and skills. Good place for people who likes to take up the challenges.
    The challengesNeed improvement in work life balance for some division because we still work hard in weekend and the work system needs improvement too.
