    sebenarnya waktu awal masuk kerja, walaupun high pressure tapi masih bisa ditahan. namun ketika management membuka lowongan kerja besar-besaran dengan banyak agent lain yang masuk, management seperti menganggap mudah mendapatkan karyawan lain. jadi perusahaan tidak mempertimbangkan agent lama terutama yg sudah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun. jadi mereka membuat peraturan yg mengintimidasi bahkan terkesan konyol hanya untuk menyingkirkan agent lama ataupun yg dirasa tidak sepaham dengan aturan baru.
