Rough, Expected to work 24/7, Imbalanced Compesation, Overall a Very Bad ExperienceThe good thingsThey had a vision of what the company would operate upon, and try their best to execute it. I had chance to learn quickly to adapt the changing system, constantly taking responsibilities and ultimately learn a lot in such a short time
The challengesThe apparent lack of SOP for a lot of process, management to employees are a lot of times unclear in terms of information chain, seniority, putting "respect your senior" while constantly putting tasks and "testing" juniors in the name of personal growth. HR are not supportive at all, you request for legal documents to proof what they over and over the course of my work, I have not received anything. Compesation is low, and you can only get sick leave after 3 months into the job
