    The good things1. Big company with big financial capability. 2. Working environment is relatively good 3. Employ health facility is relatively good, we got insurance for "rawat inap" & "rawat jalan" instead of BPJS Kesehatan.
    The challenges1. Sometimes facing difficulty with new employ coming from China which his/her English speaking is poor.
