    The good things-eksplorasi ide dibebaskan meski akhirnya terbentur bujet marketing -diberikan tanggung jawab penuh untuk lead suatu brand -koneksi luas ke Interior designer, Kontraktor, Arsitek -penuh tantangan baru untuk belajar dan growth di bidang marketing bagi fresh graduate -benefit tambahan: meal allowance
    The challenges-antar manajemen tidak mau mengakui kesalahan -administrasi yg manual -penilaian terhadap bawahan masih subjective -level manager dan SPV tidak ada esensi mengayomi -bujet perusahaan sangat minim untuk aktivitas marketing -bersedia ditahan ijazah -marketing dan sales tidak harmonis (jalan masing2)
