    The challengesUntuk staff lokal dilapangan akan mendapat diskriminasi dengan staff asing baru yang secara ilmu dan pengalaman (freshgraduate) tidak ada, tetapi selalu diberikan keistimewaan. Jenjang karir dilapangan untuk lokal staff tidak ada, pemberian bonus yang dibeda2kan antar staff lokal dan staff asing, manajemen yang buruk dilapangan.
