I liked the process of validating and cross-checking records using Excel tools, because I could see how small improvements in data quality made a big impact on reporting accuracy and transparency.
The challengesThe biggest challenge was maintaining data accuracy when handling multiple updates from different officers. Sometimes duplicated or mismatched entries occurred. I believe this could be improved by applying standardized input formats and adding a simple automated checking system in Excel or Google Sheets.
