    Overall I enjoyed working here but some things can be better
    The good thingsI really enjoyed working here. My coworkers were very professional, smart and friendly. FSMK provided good benefits. I was allowed to work remotely. Work life balance was great. Flexible working hours.
    The challengesExpectations that a role in product design should be able to drive up revenue somehow. Heavily implied that you either have to use AI or get replaced by AI (I used AI and performed well but was laid off, got replaced by AI anyway).
