Great Experience!The good thingsMy manager gave me many opportunities outside of my main job as an assessor to explore more of my hobbies and other interests. People there are very supporting and it didn't feel like a corporate job at all (the environment was very warm)
The challengesNearing the end of the year (closing time for our clients and they sent more candidates than usual time), our workloads got heavier and it was kinda pressuring for us to handle. But it's normal for most of consultants to be facing this kind of challenge.
