    Salah satu perusahaan yang sangat Bagus
    The good thingsSebuah Perusahaan yang Memanusiakan Manusia, dan menilai karyawan sebagai asset terbesar yang dimiliki perusahaan dinilai dari tunjangan yang ga bisa dibandingkan dengan perusahaan sawit lainnya. Kurangnya adalah ketika kita memasuki di bagian supporting (PGS, K3L dll) susah untuk mendapatkan jenjang karir selanjutnya. tp kalo dapet di bagian oprasional sangat mudah, apalagi DSN menilai penilaian dengan fair (by KPI). Terus Berkembang DSN group. and Thankyou for having me!
    The challenges1. Budaya yang berbeda dari kota, butuh penyesuaian yang lumayan lama 2. Harus bisa multitasking 3. Tidak boleh baperan :D
